Q: How Can I cancel an order that I have placed?

A: To cancel an order, please write to us at contact@edupplies.com with reasons for cancelling the order. That will help us in identifying the situation and process accordingly..

Q: When can an order be cancelled or refunded?

A: Orders can be cancelled before 3 hours from the time of booking. 

Q: What are the Company's Cancellation and Refund (As store Credit/ Cash Back) Polices?

A: For order cancellation within the above mentioned time limits, full bill value will be transferred back to the same account from which the user had done the transaction).

Q: How long will the refund process take?

A: Once the order cancellation is accepted with prior acknowledgements, Edupplies shall process the payment within 15 working days from the date of cancellation.

Q: Can I cancel just a part of my order?

A: No.

Q: Can I exchange a product received?

A: You can exchange the product based on the availability of the replacement.

Q: How long before I know if the replacement is available?

Q: How do I exchange a product?

A: Email at contact@edupplies.com with your order number and item code you wish to return. We will send the courier person to pick up the parcel. Kindly keep it packed the way it came. Email us once you have handed the parcel to courier person. We will notify you by email once we've received and process the returned item(s). All items will be inspected upon return. Store credit will be give to you. You can place a fresh order using the store credit for replacement.
