Shipping Policy

Edupplies has a transparent and clear shipping policy for all orders placed on our site, without any special exceptions, Edupplies understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly.

For buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies only. You can track your order online once it is shipped. We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders are shipped as per mentioned delivery start date during order placing time, working days or as per the delivery date agreed. Edupplies is not responsible and liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 1-2 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, Edupplies is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer in the unlikely event we are unable to deliver your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item or you shall be refunded the full amount charged for that item.

Q: Is shipping free for all the products?

A: No, the respected shipping charges not included in the product cost.

Q: Where all do we deliver?

A: We will deliver anywhere in India.

Q: How long does the product take to reach us?

A: We have a record shipping time of 1-2 days from the mentioned delivery start date.

Q: Do all the product(s) take the same time to reach us?

A: Yes, we will also try to bring the product to your doorsteps at the earliest.

Q: How many attempts will be made for delivery?

We will make only three (3) attempts for parcel delivery. After a failed attempt at delivery, the package(s) are returned to our warehouse and we will issue a credit note for your product only. If you would like to have the merchandise re-delivered, you will be responsible for the re-delivery fee.

However, we are not responsible if the product is returned to us because of incorrect address / non availability to receive / refusal to accept the product. In such a scenario both side shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

Q: What am I responsible for upon delivery?

A: Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged. However if there is any damage to the box or the seal is open or for incorrect packages kindly call our customer care number within 24 hours of your receipt of material.
